non muscle tech anabolic halo supplement?

    well i used the MT anabolic halo stuff and i guess i liked it. but before i was ignorant and didnt realize how evil MT was. so is there another better post workout supplement out there thats better/cheaper than the MT option?

    Caffeine tablets, good music and a bottle of lucozade or your favourite sports drink

    Cheap AND effective.

    thanks for the real response. but im not really into BB. so i dont do alot of weight lifting. i do weights maybe twice a week. i'm in ROTC so my workouts consist of running pushups sits and etc (3 days a week). i just liked the halo bc its an after workout drink and seemed to help my muscles recover better. thats y i wanted to know if there was an alternative like that out?
