ok, so everyone knows the "normal" exercises for muscle groups

    i.e.
    chest: bench, incline, decline, flys
back: lat pulldowns, rows, reverse flys
    shoulders: frontal/lateral raises, military presses
biceps: curls, reverse curls, and their variations
triceps: pushdowns, tricep extensions, and their variations
legs: squats, hamstring curls, leg extensions, calf raises

but what are some other exercises that you like to do? something that people wouldn't "normally" do?

Using these straps from elitelifts. Almost like attaching gymnastic rings to the chin bar. Legs are resting either on a bench or stability ball. Suggested to me by ceaze and GNP.

Cool. Try them without resting your feet on anything for extra cool points.

    also discovered "sternum chinups"

there's prob. a better name for 'em

start in a normal chinup position, underhand grip, shoulder width
tilt your head back so you're looking up
    do a chin-up, leaning back
once the bar hits your collarbone, you should almost be at a 45 degree angle
keep pulling until the bar touches your sternum

i can only do a few of these at a time

Honestly, you have a big attitude for someone that isn't very strong or very big. Don't you get it?

When I've tried it, I'm always like two inches away. Have never been able to touch it.

Wouldn't you have to already be able to do pushups without using your feet considering these already seem harder than regular pushups?

hard to explain, it is a movement I have had my athletes do when they were weak in the hamstrings and needed to get faster. It is a variation of putting your heel into an olympic plate and dragging it stiff legged across the floor.
