I'm really thinking about getting a Nokia 3650. Does anyone have any experience with this phone, and does Nokia offer anything better than this? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

From what I've heard, the usage and functionality of the 3650 is decent, haven't really heard to many complaints. But have you actually held a 3650? It's huge, I had a 3390 and thought that was big, compared the two and the 3650 was just so much bigger. Also compared it to my 7210 and just laughed. If you don't mind the size then I'd say it's a good phone. But if you can wait 6 months or so nokia will be releasing an upgrade to that phone, smaller, more features, etc....

    Specificially http://series60.howardforums.com for 3650 stuff.

3650? Maybe wait a little bit...

I got the 3650, and I like it, but it doesn't feel solid/sturdy like some other phones. It's been durable and with what you get (basically a PDA you can make calls with plus bluetooth), it's worth it.

But.....one of the complaints was the crazy keypad. Nokia has a replacement coming out in the near future @ http://www.mobileburn.com/news.jsp?Id=474

Note: If you want a phone with all of those features (with exception of video) check out the SE T610. That's an awesome phone. My brother has it, it's small and has, like I said, all the features except video, plus better screen resolution, syncs with outlook, and the list just goes on. T-Mobile now carries it as well.

keep checking online dealers, can usually get'em shipped when it released in like europe or something....but then you have to risk getting a non-americanized version, will probably later need firmware upgrades and such.

  13. yo if you want a 3650 then you should seriously consider waiting a month or two and getting the new Nokia 6600. It's going to be way better. Besides, I love the new shape(it grows on you) and it has a useable(read: normal) keypad.

    here's the owners manual:

    http://nds1.nokia.com/phones/files/guides/Nokia_6600_UG_en.pdf

and here's a couple links where you can find info:

this one, as mentioned above for the 3650, is also a more direct link to information on the 6600 as well:

The newer version of the 3650 isn't the 6600.
