Been using it now for about 3 weeks -- great pump at the gym, and really helps me get enough energy to work out. (Paramedic working too many hours so it's hard to motivate me first thing in the morning to crawl outta bed).

Do people use this off/on like a cycle? Finish one tub then stay off a month then try again?

Not sure how much benefit it actually has for muscle building, but it's quite fun to get crazy pumped up so i use it once in a while

And, I think to get the best effects you should cycle it. I wouldn' want to use it every day like it suggests on the tub. Don't really want to take huge doses of caffeine every day

NO products are good for one thing... inconsistency from user to user.
You RARELY see guys post consistently about these products and there still is no "proof" from a blind test or labratory tests that these even work.
But, the mind is powerful and nobody can negate the positives of an effective placebo. So, if it works for you, go nuts.

As far as the thread starter questioning cycling nitric oxide supplements, there are no known benefits or problems with cycling. If you keep responding, take it. If you stop responding, rest.

Well the first couple of times I took it, I got hyper. Now when i take it, I'm a little more energized but it's not like the first time I drank it up.

Personally I think I've made more progress with a couple protien shakes a day and a little creatine. :wavey:

ephedrine can restrict the blood vessels and at times cause increased BP and the result can be headaches.
I find that the aspirin counteracts the bad effects of the ephedrine.
No real benefit for the stack, but helps with the sides.
