NO Xplode Users...... Question...

    ow many scoops do you use??? Container says 2-3... 2 good enough for someone 6'2 210???


    also, drink 1 hour after last meal and an hour before workout???

    they have reviews on that site. i posted mine there as well.

    i take 2 scoops. 1.5 hours after my meal and 15min prior to workout.

    15 min prior to workout?? doesnt it say 45 min??

    what should ido?

    im planning on 45 min today :confused:

    15min cause i usually stretch before lifting. it helps the blood flow

    i took it for awhile, i was 190lb and always did 2 scoops. any more led to heart palpitations haha.

    btw its effectiveness went down a lot after the 2nd to 3rd cycle

    some say yes if you have the money, most will say no because its nothing food/ephedrine/caffience/creatine cant do.


    a person who knows their supplements (ephedrine/caffience/creatine) would prob say no as its cost is high. but for starters, im sure they just want to stick with a simple solution and that is no-xplode:dunno:

    watse on off days IMO.
    if you want to stay active at work/school/w.e, redbull is good enough

    Take mine (2-3 scoops) 45 minutes before my workout, ONLY on my workout days. It gives a good pump and a good amount of energy to me while lifting. I have only been taking this for 1 week though, so I am not sure if it is something I will spend my money on again, or if its gonna be something I end up taking back to GNC.
