I have been an avid lifter during the summers, but once I got to college I always became lazy and rarely did. Since I graduated in December, I've started back up... and when I began, I was 180 to be exact. Now, it's April 4th and I'm only 182.5. I lift Monday-Thursday, with the occassional Friday. My weight with all sets has increased and I only do a lil cardio every other day.

    Daily Supplements I've been taking:
    -Whey
    -NO-Xplode
    -L-Lysine
    -Multi V
    -Fish Oil
    -Calcium-Mag-Zinc
    -B-12

Any reason as to why I'm not gaining any weight, but yet my weight in sets has been increasing? Also, I have gotten bigger.. but nothing drastic... thoughts?

losing fat while gaining muscle? Kind of evening each other out... It sounds like you're getting 'beginner' results all over again because of your college laziness...

That's what I kind of thought, but since muscle weighs more.. shouldn't I have made a lil more gains than that? Could it have anything to do with routine?

Not eating too healthy, nor am I eating like a hog. Just basically watching what I eat, with a mix of everything in there... I do however watch out for fat and calories. I also drink occassionaly, haven't though in 4 weeks... and it's next to always lite beer.

Just eat like it's your job. I probably took in ~4.5k today, which is about normal. :dunno:

Damn... I'm very susceptible to putting on weight though in the wrong areas when I eat a lot though, even when working out regularly.

it happens. you're gonna gain some fat in the process, just overcome it and deal with it. its the consequence it takes to get bigger, stronger, leaner
