No stength lost, amazing

    So I got back into training again this week finally.

    Down atleast 5kg (11lbs)
    No training for 2 weeks, cept one day of christophers routine
    Food poisoning, chest infection, sinus infection...

    Doing squats, hit the same numbers I did 3 weeks ago.... I am really happy.

    Very relieved.

    Maybe your body needed rest that badly......Very easy to over train when you aren't on junk.......
