    after months of stim abuse, im calling it quits. I will be off of everything by next monday, this includes coffee :eek3: :wtc:

    They dont do anything any more, im not even going to say how much ive abused them, or everything else I have used. I am stupid and i know it, im just hoping others learn from my mistakes.

    I remember a post from ray about his stim use at one point. it was like 400mg caf 100mg E and 40mcg clen 4 times a day :rofl: im not at that point, but im not far off at all, the limiting factor being money, shit gets expensive. i realized that its mostly habit. I stopped all beta stims and now am just on some alpha-y to help bring my beta receptors back up a bit, and coffee to keep me warm/ i love the taste.

    I am very very lucky though, my body is absurdly resilient. I dropped all the beta stims on friday and I am fine now. Yesterday was a little groggy, but manageable.

    Also, dont use T3, its not worth it. took me a year + to get off of it without any fat gain.

    I only drink decaf coffee now, and the only caffeine I get comes from pre-wo stims 4x a week.

    Been there done that. Though it didn't take long for me to recover my adrenergic system and bring my thyroid back to normal.

    Thyroid is easy to do, I just didnt want to give up any of the weight loss and I wasnt sure I could deal with the sides of coming off. So i just tapered it for a year lol

    I did something similar last spring. I was getting ridiculous.

    I would drink 3 cups of starbucks coffee a day (300mg caffeine each) and on top of that I was taking Primal N20 as a pre-workout supp. And every once in a while I would cut down on E/C.

    It got to the point where coffee wasn't used to give me energy, it was used to keep me functioning. I would need coffee just to get to my (what should be) my normal level.

    Not to mention to the anxiety and insomnia that came along with it.

    I guess every college student goes through a phase of this though... Especially when swamped with classes (as I was).

    I eventually cut out all stims, including coffee. The only caffeine I got was from green tea.

    After months of no stims I finally started introducing small amounts of coffee again.

    Now I'm consuming 1 Americano a day, which is only 55mg of caffeine. Not bad considering 2 years ago this time I was averaging nearly 1,000 mg

    dont blame the drugs, blame yourself for not having any self control. Don't abuse drugs up to the point where your tolerance goes up and you can't function without taking them..just up to the point where it gives you an "edge". It's called moderation. Never let yourself be dependent on ANYTHING..that includes pussy..it's a sign of weakness.

    i have maybe a cup of coffee a day and then a preworkout 3-4 times a week. if you abuse shit it's your own fault. but weening off the stims for a good week or 2 is always good for the body. just dont be fucking noob addict

    Just finished two weeks without Caffiene. Took some JAck3d today and felt like I was having a heart attack.

    i need to do this too. 2-3 caffeine pills in the morning pre-wo. 3 cups of coffee on the way to work, 5-10 cups at work, and maybe a diet soda at home. 5x a week and non of this phases me anymore. I took 37.5mg of E and 2 caffeine pills and didnt really notice anything.
