no legged cardio?

    i dislocated my knee cap for the second time and i may have tore my mcl again im nut sure (mri tommorow) last time i hurt me knee i couldnt really do many activities than lifting for upper body and i gained some fat. is there any cardio i can do without using my legs so i can keep off weight while injured. im gunna miss my 380 deadlift but hopefully i can get my bench above 300 before i turn 16. any help?

    theres this one rowing/paddling machine they have at 24hr fitness...dont know what its called.

    I'm not a physical therapist, but that's a probably a very good suggestion.

    If you feel really goofy shadow boxing, maybe it'd be worth your while to get a Wii. The WiiSports boxing game is actually a pretty good cardio workout.

    lots of PT places will have a hand bike you can use

    look up arm cycle/ergometer or try hitting a punching bag from a chair. its the only cardio i can do and it works for me.
