NO-explode + CEE?

    I am cutting now after bulking from 200 to 215lbs and a bit down on energy due to cutting down about 1,000 cals from my diet. I have been using CEE with other supplements for a while and now I am looking to take NO-explode to give me that extra energy and gym.
    My question is, I am 5' 9" 215 and have been taking 6g of CEE every workout day (about 5 days a week). I take 3g pre-workout and 3g post-workout. I know that NO-explode has creatine in it, so I assume I should be cutting down my CEE intake right?

    I am not really sure how much creatine is actually in NO-explode. What I was thinking is that take the NO-explode as pre-workout, and then take 3g of CEE post workout ONLY.

    What is your guy's take on the situation?

    I'd just take the NOXplode pre work out for energy, we all know creatine does little besides empty bank accounts.

    well I have been taking the CEE both pre and post workout. The NO-exlode has creatine in it, so I figure I do not need to take the CEE pre-workout then. However, should I still be taking the CEE post workout though?

    About 3 before and 3 after workout @ 215lbs

    I bought the cee + di-arginine stack from bn. I like the arginine for energy and focus, but it might also help men keep some hair, improved libido, stimulate white blood cell production...but good luck finding any real research.

    yeah, I know about the positive effects... Which is why I am going to give it a try. Dispite all the negative attention and bs claims made against NO products like NO-xplode, I know many people who say that have gotten results.. So I figure, why the hell not try it and see what happens. If it helps then great.. If not, then oh well.

    I am just not sure if I should be taking CEE with it still. Like I said, I take 3g CEE pre-workout and 3g CEE post-workout. Obviously I probably wont need the pre-workout CEE since I am taking the NO-xplode pre-workout, but should I still be taking the 3g post workout CEE @ 5' 9" & 215lbs.

    I am thinking yes, but I do not want to over-do anything though.

    Your bulk is gaining 15 lbs? What are you trying to get down to?
