I have been going to class about 2 times a week (only time I have) and after about a 1 1/2 hours or a essentially a class I feel like dying. Now I know first thing that comes to mind is keep practicing and stop being a pussy. However it is not that I am totally gassed it is just that I have no energy, start getting a headache, and usually feel like I just want to sleep so by the next class I get extremely lazy and its hard to pay attention. Half way through the second class after pounding some gatorade I catch my second wind and am back to normal. I changed my diet up a few weeks back spreading out my meals, eating healthier, having shakes after workouts basically all the things I should be doing. This is when I noticed this started happening. I think it maybe due to not enough carbs earlier in the day, but my friend suggested since the diet change I may not be taking in enough water throughout the day. Any suggestions?
