OK here is the thing I ran out of caffeine for my stack so i figured it would be a good idea to run an "off" cycle. I have had no energy whatsoever and my workouts have been the shittiest evar. I started to realize that I have been depending on my stack too much for daily energy. I don't want to become dependant on anything like that.

Do you guys/gals have any ideas what I can do to keep from being dependant on my stack and increase my enegy levels? If I don't have the energy to workout when I go to the gym then I'm running uphill in the mud.

A guy at work recommended green tea extract. More natural and naturally boosts metabolism and energy.

How long have you been taking EC continuously? and how long have you been off? give it some time...your adrenal glands are probably a bit tired

I'm not being a dick, its my oppinon. I think that its ok to use supplements to a certain extent, but not to the point where you cant get an effective workout in without them.

i guess you are gifted. some of us need a little boost. I don't sit at a desk all day either. I'm in a hot kitchen running the show and I work out after work so I'm usually wiped. I'm trying to find alternatives.

Try taking it every other day, then every third day, and taper off like that. I was big into EC and Redline etc, but after going through what you're going through, I decided it's not worth it. Now I randomly take it if I decide I need an energy boost.

i used to work as a line cook back in hs as a summer job.

.. the work was so stressful but yet satisfying. As soon as those tickets started buzzing away my adrenaline sky rocketed and the real fun began. Working the line was a unique experience.

mind over matter man, if you tell yourself you're tired then you're gonna lift like shit that day. i'm guessing many on here have difficult schedules to work around, i'm not saying life is easy i know kitchen work drains people, i also work about 60 hour work weeks plus house renovations and family etc so i'm in the same boat, not enough sleep, too much work, makes the workout a bitch sometimes, just force your way through it and take a break from the EC stack, if you've become dependant on it to the point that it's screwing up your workouts then you probably are ready for a break from it anyway.

or just buy some more lol

(i have blood pressure issues so i stay away from stimulants for the most part otherwise i might be taking this stuff too, maybe i'm just bitter i guess,,,,well i used to have blood pressure issues, it isn't bad now since dropping a bunch of nasty fat, but i ain't tempting fate)
