No desire to eat junk food?

    I'm new the gym/fitness crew and I'm pretty sure the following is normal (and a good thing) but just want to make sure

    I've been going to the gym for about 2 months now ~ 4 times/week. I do some cardio and lifting. I"m not looking to be the next Mr. Universe but I have a layer of fat that I want to get rid of and just be in better shape.

    Anyway, I have no desire to drink soda or eat candy/junk food. I actually get sick when I drink a can of soda and it feels like I will throw up when I eat junk food (candy bars, potato chips, etc). Instead, I am drinking a ton of water, milk and juice and have started eating apples with a high fiber cereal for breakfast.

    This is normal, right? :hsd:

    and i havnt really eaten junk food for the last few years, i still have no desire.

    for sure.......i crave junk food every single day. i just have to resist because obtaining my goal physique > the satisfaction from junk food

    junk food? No. But I always have a craving to eat lots and fucking lots more of the good stuff. I could eat tubs of fruit and mighty lbs of red meat everyday If I didn't check myself.

    if you're trying to lose some weight then the best bet would be to cut the juice and fruits from your diet, get the vitamins from veggies.

    I am so used to not eating it, that I hardly ever think about it.

    Haven't had a soda in around 4 months or any junk food since Christmas.

    it's all in your head. When im trying to get bigger i crave junk food all the time cause i know it's high in cals, but i still don't over do it

    when cutting i dont even think about that shit. self control baby.

    i used to love cheat meals. i would fuckin go crazy. but as i kept at it, i stopped taking them and just went righte through to the next week.

    now i just eat healthy and every now and then, if i want a cookie or someshit ill eat a little of it.

    for me, it's just certain junk foods... gummy bears, mike 'n' ikes, and skittles ftw

    not really craving chips all that much or fast food at all
