Need to reformat this computer but I'll have to backup at least 15gigs of info. Whats the best way to store all of this without a dvd/cd burner or extra HD? :hs:

Buy a Small HD (big enough to fit your data) and purchase a USB device that allows you to put the hard drive inside it and use it as an external drive. They cost about 30 bucks at Comp USA or Bestbuy.

And your title wanted me to yell "NO GYM FOR HOME!" so badly.

Open up hex editor, load files up, print out hex edit, reformat, scan in hex edit printouts.

Well, if you have at least that much additional disk space free, then you could load up Partition Magic and split the hard drive in two, copy all the data to the new partition and then format/reinstall.

Or you could just reinstall without formatting.

HD holds 55g and I'm currently at 54 :hs:

And how would I go about deleting the new partition after the reformat?
