what do you guys eat for breakfast? lately I've been having problems with breakfast because I wake up with absolutely no appetite, right now I'm literally forcing me to eat 2 waffles with peanut butter and jam and oj, that's like 350-400 cals tops, far far away from the 750-800 I should be having :o , the appetite usually kicks in right at 9-10am when I'm usually too busy to eat at work (and if I eat I spoil my appetite for lunch) so I usually wait until lunch to have a good meal...

    anyone like this? :hs:
    know any appetite improvers?

force down some oats, i cant stand mixing in protein though, but since i have oj in the am, i just mix in protein there..

i know ill be hungry in a few hrs so just carry a few small things, some almonds, a banana, etc.

I'm usually starving in the morning and can throw back over 1000 calories easily. Last two days, haven't been hungry so I just made a big shake and forced it down

I'm like that, I don't even eat eggs anymore, I just eat normal foods. I could barely choke down 3 eggs every morning. Plus, since my allergies are acting up, I wake up every morning hacking my balls off because of the phlegm. That doesn''t exactly make eating any easier.

I struggle to put away a lot in the morning too. Here's my current breakfast.

1/2 cup quaker oats w/ 1/4 cup of sliced almonds
1 scoop of ON with skim milk and 2+ tblspns of PB
    4 Turkey Sausage links
    1 banana
    Water
Small glass of oj if I feel like it.
    Vitamins

This is tough for me, but I'm typically able to do it.

I'll work on that next monday, I'll put the oats in the blender with the protein and some milk, hopefully I will be able to chug at least 1.5 glasses of it. I'm also going to my gastroenterologist next week for another upper GI to see if the gasthritis and ulcers are better and I'll ask her why am I having such fucked up appetite schedules.

Today I woke up very hungry so I made a 4 eggs omelette with some cheddar cheese, cottage cheese on toast and 1cup of my protein shake, 2 hours later I was hungry again so I had a very big lunch and 2 hours later I was hungry AGAIN :ugh: :bigthumb: so I made myself a quite offensive hamburger :o

I wish it was like this everyday.

be sure to blend the oats into a fine powder before you blend the rest of the shake or you will not be happy with that texture. sooo gross.
