I have a 02 Maxima with HID's. The other night my passenger lamp started flashing then went out. The light will come back on sometimes for just a few seconds before shutting back off. Has anybody had this same issue? It's not bulb, b/c from what I hear, when HID's start going out they turn a reddish color. Could it be the wiring or ballast?

You a member at maxima.org? You might be able to find one in the 5th gen classifieds.

Just keep your eyes out for a cheap used ballast, or look on ebay.
