I've done some basic research but don't know too much.
    here is what I know:
Z32, which is what i want, started in '89-'00 and comes w/an NA or TT version.
Car looks sweet and I wouldn't mind driving one
There are a few around my area going for 6-10k

    what I want to know:
Which year would be the best to buy
some common problems associated w/the car
    how is the reliability
if i wanted a TT version, what should I expect to pay
    etc etc

    TIA

    90-96 in the US

the later, the better. 94-95s are "the best." 96 would do well too, but they put OBD2 in it. the only problem that causes, is if you want to go over 500whp with it

    .

The twin turbo engine leaves hardly any room to work, and the NA isn't that much better.

oil lines on the stock t25 do have some issues which are compounded by the cramped engine bay

if you want a TT, the 2-seater is your only option (unless it's a conversion).

    plenty of pics/specs here: http://www.twinturbo.net/ttnetrides/rides.aspx

I have been involved with the problem on a couple of occasions. The line fittings seems to corrode to easily.

There is a threshold around the 450hp mark. If you want to go beyond the basic bolt-ons, you have to spend $$$ to beef up the powertrain's guts.

Not at all. I've owned 4 Z's and 3 of them have been TT Z32's.

ECU, Boost Jets, exhaust and you're in the low 13's high 12's.
