    1. The Altima, Nissan's biggest volume vehicle, is likely to come with a new sports model when it is redesigned for the 2007 model year. Target sales for the next-generation Altima are 250,000 to 300,000 annually. Sales this year through October are flat, at 171,875.

    2. The 2006 Sentra compact may come with two to three new derivatives, which could include a hybrid to fight the Toyota Prius and a small SUV to fight Toyota's RAV4 and Honda's CR-V. The entry-level Sentra will not be geared toward the youth market, he says, but more toward an older conventional consumer.

    3. Smaller crossover vehicles for both Nissan and Infiniti divisions.

    4. Medium- and heavy-duty trucks, but only after proving the company can be competitive with full-sized light trucks.

STFU. The Armada looks great. And I personally love the new Max. If you aren't a Nissan fan boy like me and HisXLNC I don't wanna hear your Nissan opinion cause you're probably just another hater.

IMO Nissan and Toyota are the only 2 competitors for/against the European market in terms of Japanese cars.

the problem is...nissan had some of the best, inexpensive sports cars on the market....could have taken a big chunk of the business had they marketed them.

sadly it looks like another company will end up filling the shoes of the S13-S14-S15 platform...and chances are it will be dodge.

I heard a rumor that the next Frontier would get a 4L VQ motor. The torque would be incredible, since the 3.5L Pathfinder already makes 265lb-ft in pretty mild tune. :yum:

The Titan is kinda fast, too. Zero to sixty in 6.9 seconds. Now we just need Nismo to become more like AMG or SVT, and we can get factory tuned Nissans from the showroom. How about just sticking an "N" on the end of each vehicle's name? The Titan N, for example.

Sounds like they're trying to copy Toyota's game plan in the last few years.

I'm not saying that's necessarily a bad thing, but look for their designs to become a lot more boring and stodgy.

IMO, they just need to lose the tooth grille.

With twice as many models available, I would hope so.
