This is a used Sigma EX 100-300mm f/4 HSM for Nikon mount for sale.

Lens, Tripod Collar, Caps and Hood are included. No case or box is included -- I may have the instructions laying around and if I can find them, they will be included.

    Comments:
Front and rear elements are clean and free of scratches.
The lens barrel behind the tripod collar ring of the lens has sufficient wear that the EX-finish along this part is peeling and has come off, revealing the metal lens barrel underneath. This does not affect lens function or tripod collar movement.
The zoom-ring action on this lens makes a slight wooshing noise when moving in the shorter focal length range of this lens from 100-135mm. This doesn't appear to affect the function of the lens -- It sort of sounds like George Costanza's pant legs rubbing against each other -- Seinfeld anyone ?

Full-sized pictures of the lens for sale are available here:

Payment is accepted via personal check, money order, cash or non-credit card paypal.

    Selling price: $650.00

Retail for this lens is $899.99 on adorama

If *TOMASH* was here, and owned a D50, he'd be all over this.

    You're right.

Perfect lens for beginners. Not too heavy and you'll never have to worry about accidentally shooting it at f/2.8

:werd: You might get too fast of a shutter speed with f2.8.
