yea i just picked one up a lil while back
i always use my flash units off camera and on manual, and i like it WAAY more than my sb-600 (it doesnt work so well with the digital slr, it doesnt have ttl (incase u rely on that)

:werd: i have a a 600 and a 28 and 3 PWs. i love what u can do with multiple lights off camera.

but anyways, just for reference i got mine for $105 shipped. just in case ur shopping around

i got it from the used section on B&H. and it was E+ rating or something like that.

but like i said b4, i like it much more than the 600.

also, make sure u have a way to trigger it now that i think of it.

it has pc port, but it doesn't have a slave mode in case u were goin to trigger it as a slave

I have 2 of them. Great off camera flashes. A decent amount smaller than my 540ez.
