Tried on chucks, samba's, and the Tiempo. the Tiempo felt like the flattest heel with the best support, for those of you looking for a new pair of kicks for leg/pull days. They are only $35 as well.

tyoically, oly shoes fit a half size down to what you wear in sneakers. You also want OLY shoes to fit snug.

I know there have been like a billion threads on this lately but I have to ask anyways:

When I'm squatting I have no problem with leaning over too far out of the hole. But I DO feel myself using the balls of my feet a lot instead of my heal. I would assume, that chucks would be a better option for me than these shoes simply because the raised heal whould throw my weight even farther forward.

    Does that make sense?

My pair of VS Shoes are the exact same as my normal shoes. But yeah, usually your dress shoes size should be the same as your oly shoe size.

The heal isn't raised nearly as high as a running shoe. Defiantly feel more stable with them on, for me at least, and it's easier to drive with my heels with them on.

    I work out in these:

they don't seem like they have a high heal, however I've never tried a completely flat shoe.

I was squating 405 in my airmax360s and those motherfuckers popped. Not a good legs shoe at all.

I usually lift in running shoes unless I'm going heavy, then i switch to the other ones or go barefoot. Lots of people in my gym use the Tiempos or Sambas also.
