Looking at picking these up to train in, anyone have experience with them? I haven't heard anything bad about them but wanted to get some more feedback.

I have the Free 7.0's and I love them. Squatting and deadlifting in them feels much more natural than with other shoes.

I want to get the 3.0's :noes:

3's and 7's are better than the 5's

I read that the 5.0s come with a 4.5 insert also.

Why is that? Would the 3's be better for stuff like squatting etc or should I look at the 7's?
