Well I have been getting myself started on a small workout plan recently, but I can only work out at night, I have school in the morning, work right after, and i dont get home till about 7 at night, after doing everything I need to when I get home its usually about 8 or 8:30 by the time I get to my workout. Any disadvantage to having my workout this late? I am also taking Trac Extreme-NO about 30 minutes before my workout, if that matters at all with me taking it at night and all. Just wondering if me going to sleep not too long after a workout is detrimental in any way. Thanks guys.
