    Also, this is my first time taking pictures at night.

    Keep practicing. Did you have a tripod? If so, you need to get the camera more in focus and on some, don't expose them for so long. The lights in the shot are blown out.

    You might want to go back there with a tripod as mentioned above. I think you could get some really nice shots if you're prepared, in that scenario (rain, lights, night). That's the sort of photos I've been trying to take but my camera is "teh suck" :(

    yep, you need a tripod. also if the camera has a self timer then use that too just so you're not touching it at all when it takes the photo. otherwise, not bad. you need to work on your angles too, at first i thought you were being artistic but 2 of those shots just look weird... :)

    good ideas though! go back for a re-shoot!
