and could you be any more general? It's not like all NFL players eat the same shit. A safety probably isnt going to have the exact same diet as an offensive lineman.

i've seen some pats playes at the grocery store and it's garbage from what i've seen. i doubt most of them are on very strict diets. they prolly just make sure to get enough protein and then go wild

Most of the Jets shop at the whole foods in my town.

and Brett Favre is a pretty big starbucks fan

6:15AM every morning down the street from my house

I've paid some attention to what they get. It's all just very standard nutritious stuff. Doesn't seem like anything is too restricted as long as it's decent food. They burn a lot of calories soooo

    what's it matter?

most of those guys are freaks and it doesn't matter what they do. I'm sure they eat pretty decent since most of them can afford a live-in chef, go out all the time, etc.

They probably burn a shitload of calories everyday to make up for whatever shitty diet they do have

I doubt many have shitty diets, except some linemen. the NFL as a whole is bigger and stronger than it used to be...something has to do with diet, the other part deals with the massive amount of training they do. with that said how do you think RB's, TE's, etc. are 4.3-4.5 40' times and hold the mass they do....new supplements and doctors.
