next step

    I kind of just started taking working out seriously and have been going at it consistently for about 2 mounths and off and on for the past 2 years. Im seeing some decent results in the additional weight I am able to do but still want better results. Right now I am taking protien shakes after I work out. Is there anything else on that level that I should be taking that would help out?

    just eat more in general

    if you just want to gain weight, bulk. eat eat eat

    some other good supplements ive heard of are multivitamin and fish oil
