    I finally got some balls and started working out. I was at the gym and it felt awsome. I love this feeling of being sore. I'm only taking Whey protein -- anything else you all advise?????

    werd. Hell, I wouldn't even consider myself Broly. You are a Broly-in-Training so hit the weights hard and eat well, in time you will earn that designation.

    I hanv't really made a routine yet but it goes in this order


    Monday-- Back
    tuesday-- run and chest
    wens-- legs
    thurs- Arms
    Friday- Run and Chest
    Sat-- Legs and arms
    Sun-- 3 mile run

    Get more basic - maybe switch to something like an upper/lower. If you are just started to lift you need to build a base too. Maybe look into a full body 3x a week sort of split.

    Also be sure to give yourself 1 full day of complete rest for best results.

    :hs: soon enough i'll get back to broly. I was but i left for the Airforce about 8 months ago and it al went down the drain along w the beer and liqour and tons of nasty food.

    Bench, Squat, Dead, Barbell Row, Military Press, Pullups. Everything else should be secondary. :cool:

    I wish I would have figured that out earlier.

    i think most people should do 2x as much back work compared to chest work

    Amen, I have spent the last 4 months doing all these retarded spot exercises, finally realized I need to work on the base :(

    DB bent over rows, dips, good mornings as well.

    I reccomend this


    Monday
    Squats-5x5(Do four progressively heavier sets of 5 with the 5th set being your 5RM.)
    Deadlifts-5x5(Do the same)
    Bench Press-5x5(Do the same)
    Incline DB Press-2x12-20

    Wednesday
    Light Squats or Lunges-4x8 each leg
    Good Mornings-3x8-12
    Shoulder Press-5x5 or Dips-4xmax until you get 12 each time. then add weight.
    Pullups-4xmax

    Friday
    Squats-warmup to a 3 reps with 5 more lbs than you used on Monday. On the following monday use this weight for your 5th set.
    Bent Over Row-5x5
    Incline Bench-5x5
    Tricep Extensions-2x12-20
