I was torn between the Canon A95 and the Panasonic FZ series digicams. After doing my homework I was blown away w/ the Panasonics (thank you Inferior!)

    Inferior? :uh:

That tool doesn't know shit. I and a few other ones were the one who suggested the panasonic numerous of times in his constant indecisive "which camera should I buy" thread. He thought he was l33t saying his 4 year old Fuji was a "4.3MP" when I corrected him that it was actually a 2.4MP CCD that enlarges it to 4.3 via software in the camera. It's the same as if you use photoshop and enlarge is 2x.

BTW, congrats on buying an excellent camera. :bigok:

He only suggested that I look at the Panasonic FZ family of cameras. It could've been anyone else. :hsd:

He must've taught you about Fuji's new megapixel technology from 4 years ago. :run:

Yes he did. Fuji made cameras 4 years ago that are superior to many of the cameras you can buy today.

Well the camera came in yesterday but its not the one I originally posted. I ended up getting the Panasonic FZ15. I went to Circuit City and held both cams. The FZ5 is so small and feels too much like a toy. The FZ15 on the other hand was almost like night and day difference! It has a metal body compared to the FZ5's plastic body and much bigger. Its construction is much closer to a real SLR. I really don't care for the compact digicams that are out now. I'm glad I picked up the FZ15 instead.
