Any you can recommend? Preferably bands who don't desperately want to sound like hippies :hs:

I like The Warlocks and The Go! Team, if that helps :x:

    mmm....either.

actual drummers have a much more lush sound, but i'll take any sound with a few drum tracks :dunno:

So many bands do that when they come through town. The Constantines had a stage filled with a half-dozen or so percussionists their last time here :hs:

I really wish I had the nerve to bring along my minidisc recorder to shows. Don't want to risk missing anything though.

I saw Trail Of Dead live with 2 drummers -- UNREAL! The earth was shaking.

Go Team has 2 drummers? I thought it was just samples.

    live anyway :dunno:

the studio work may be sampled, or they may blend techniques. don't they trade off instruments quite a bit too?
