Newbie looking to start.

    Basicly I'm 18, always been lightly active, but recently become lazy.

    I read the sticky on a basic plan and seemed a bit extreme to start on, I was wondering if you fellas could help me put together a plan of diet and excercise to keep me inshape and a bit of muscle.

    I'm 5,10 and a 154 pounds. Not fat, slightly doughy.
