I am 17 years old 6'1/160.. I am entering the summer before my freshman year of college and would like to do some serious lifting. I have at my disposal 20lb/35lb dumbells at home and access to a gym.. I need tips on what I should be eating, what supplements I should use and where I can purchase them, and what excercises I can do at home and at the gym and how much I should be lifting. All input is much appreciated, thanks

by the way I acknowledge and went through the thread in the sticky but it was very vague and non-specific

Go to the gym, load up 3 45's on each side of barbell..if you can't bench those you should just give up.
