    toss in the osx disc 1 and boot from the cd by holding down the "c" key

    when the window comes up that allows you to reinstall osx, go up to one of the drop down menus at the top of the page and one should be labeled "password reset"

    enjoy the mac brutha :bigthumb:

    go to applications -> utilities
    and then find keychain access
    Open Keychain Access
    Under File choose "delete keychain 'login'".
    Then choose "delete reference and files"

    This should fix your problems. I had the same thing on my work computer after I changed my domain password.. safari and mail freak out. Let me know if it doesn't fix it for you.
