... it seems like Im starting to plateau on my bench press. My max is currently 205 mondays lift consist of 135x10 145x10 155x10 ... all done flat wensdays lift... 105x10 115x10 125x10 ... done on a very steep incline fridays lift 165x5 170x5 175x5 ...done on a flat bench It seems like my max is just staying the same. I usually try to step up my weight 5 pounds every two weeks, and now Im kinda stuck here here. It leaves me semi sore in the morning but nothing much. The lifts are the right weight, Im usually struggling with the last 2-3 reps of each set. My "routine" works for my power clean (190) and squat (325) farely well. Im 17, 225, and 5'11"-6', and not currently taking any supplements. Any Tips or advice?
