The new website is fucking awesome, it gave me a Corpsgasm.

But, if someone who knew nothing about the Marine Corps went to check out the site, they'd think the only jobs available were "Recon," "Sniper," and "Fighter Pilot".

you're only half way done though, right?

I couldn't imagine going to boot camp for 7 or so weeks, then taking a year off, then going back for another 7 weeks... i'd just want to get it all done with at once.

yeah i recall you mentioned that. from the stories and the "aye staff sergeant" it seems like ocs is about the same as SOI. SOI was a lot more physically demanding, A LOT more, but boot camp was far far worse.

the games at boot fuckin sucked, especially things like "bulkhead-line" after a hump, indy500, etc. a lot of boot camp is being miserable. then you get out and think it should be harder.

but then again, im in infantry :big grin:

its a bit of a different story tho. for one thing, if ocs was like boot, no one would ever come back :mamoru:

hey be sure to get my address before you leave. i want some letters from ya in boot, so you can remind me how fun it is to put the same sock on 5 times cause not everyone could do it fast enough :bigthumb:

If only they spent half the time fixing what was wrong with our battalion that they spent making that website. :wtc:

Does bring back some crazy memories watching some of those videos though. :greddy:
