    yeah I know of some very strong guys who can "only" get about 100lbs on it.

    on a serious note, you have changed your grip for a range of movement, seriously be careful if you start to experience soreness in your elbow, I got tennis elbow due to a wide grip on my plastering tools, a more open grip can cause you to develop tendon problems quite quickly,

    most likely not much walks cause I only have one. it will mainly be used for suitcase deadlifts and other one armed ones. But i may try it for side raises and bends. things where the lenght of the db wont be an issue.

    have you seen kettlebell movements? maybe u can try that.
    place in front of you, like a suitcase lift, then get it up and sort of into a clean motion and press over your head. always start from floor though..

    yeah I have seen stuff like that. old school powerlifting movements. I actually did that once with a 35K kettlebell, much harder than it looks. I think i might get some funny looks at the gym though.

    I ended up pulling 80lbs + the bar which I am to lazy to put on the scale right now. Had a good crunking workout too.

    bb, we had a 2" and a 3" at my old gym

    the 3" was like afucking axle off a semi and weighed about 75 pounds by itself.
