Picked up a Glock 36 and the wife bought herself a Beretta Tomcat in .32. Glock looks to have been shot a few times and carried none and the night sights are bright as shit. Tomcat was new. Now, I just have to find a little holster for the wife so she can stick it in her pocketbook.

I prefer the 36 over any other Glock. I've got a 23 and will soon buy a 22 for duty use (when I get my new job). Honestly, I hate Glocks, but they're just so darn reliable, it's scary...

I just bought the same Beretta but in 22. I think it's a great little gun. I think the flip down is a great feature.

You said "Tomcat". I think my dealer said mine is a "Bobcat". What's the difference?

Either your dealer is a moron (likely) or the "Bobcat" is the .22 version... :x:

nice guns buddy! I used to have that same Beretta in .22 and my best friends mom has it in .32, I would reccomend using Silvertips, or ball ammo for it

I'm home now and looked at the box:

    21a Bobcat

It's definitely the same pistol you have.

Look closely my friend -- my slide says "Tomcat", so does my box.

Look, I don't doubt you. I saw "Tomcat" on your gun before I made a post.

    It was a legitimate question.

Dude, I realize that. I'm just stating that they are called different things for the different calibers.

No harm, no foul. Calm down big guy! :wiggle:

Oh, crap... Thought you had a 36 that I fell in love with. Hmm, maybe I've never even shot a 36 before. CRAP!

Okay, so, the 30 is the compact 9mm, right? SHIT!

    very calm, never got excited.

You guys in here have forgotten more about guns than I know so I am not going to argue on any level.

Wonder why they don't engrave "Bobcat" on the one I have?

No, the 30 is the compact .45, the 36 is the slimline compact .45, the 26 is the subcompact 9mm. I'm sure you will still like the 36, it's basically the same, just thinner.

Not a fan of Glocks per se, but I appreciate their function > form philosophy and the reliability is no joke.

I think you should pick up a Steyr, though. :o

Can't. Just did a H&K Tactical .45 tonight. Should compliment my 9mm USP nicely... :naughty:

Doesn't fit my hand worth a damn, but it sure is purty. Is that a camera case? Looks pretty high speed.

Factory HK case I do believe. (BTW, the gun isn't here yet -- seller's pic.)

Nice. I just have the Steyr box.. that stays in the Jeep.

I think my next purchase will either be an SU-16CA, or an SA1 in either 9mm or .40. I can't decide. I love the M40, its just a tad big.
