new to weight lifting tips?

    hey guys i'm new to weightlifting. i was wondering if any of you could provide some tips for me. i want to get huge. my current supplements are creative and protein powder. the creative has already started getting me huge i've noticed especially in my arms.

    here is my pic. don't mind the extra goodies included. LOL!
