Well, after working out off and on with my soloflex greddy: ) over the last couple years, I decided that it is time for a real gym and signed up at Gold's Gym. Squats and dead lifts don't work so well with either dumbbells or rubber bands, not to mention I like lifting real weights more. I have been doing that modified Bill Stars Routine/Christopher’s routine for about a month and that is what made me out grow the Soloflex. Is there any gym etiquette that I should be aware of? I searched and searched but didn't find much. I know about the towel stuff to wipe off the equipment when I am done, so I'll do that. How about keeping track of what you lift for the 5x5 stuff? Do you have a small notebook you take with? Any advice would be helpful so I don't get delt smashed by some brolies. Thanks.
