    First, my old tripod

My grandpa gave it to me about 6 months before he died, I used to tape my disposable cameras to it

    Now, my new tripod

It has like, legs that lock in certain positions and stuff which I have never experienced before, kinda neat. Also the head moves around to all different positions, whereas my old one... not so much. It's a little heavier of course, and we added a speed release to it since before you just screwed the camera to the tripod.
