    Pieces that I have ready

    JL 10" W7 In a Glassed Enclosure
    Eclipse AVN2454 6.5" DVD/Navigation

Locations I have to work with.

    Front Door: 6.5 (2 5/16 depth)
    Side Rear: 6.5 (2 5/16)
    Rear Deck: 6.5 (3)

I'm not too big on the rear fill, but I would not mind some midbass there with a 6.5 Driver.

I'm thinking CDT Audio for the components and midbass driver

I'm clueless on the AMPS, would it be worth it just finding a JL 1000/1 and 400/4? It will be pricey.

What other AMP Brands are mid-high level. I'm trying to get everything finished up for around 1k.

    What I've found

    http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&Product_ID=5091&CFID=2742841&CFTOKEN=8d736740cd814ef5-2F0CA6ED-1422-7C6E-503F3C2BD1655D0D

CDT Eurosport 299.99 - I like the price, and if they are comparable and or better than the CL-62, I'll be happy. 150 RMS should be loud enough.

    So basically looking for

    6.5 2-Ways + At least 150x2rms amp + AMP to run the W7 = 1k

bang for the buck HQ amp = arc KAR series.
more expensive but higher quality = arc XXK/zapco ref
Baller status = arc signature/zapco comp

JL is a nice amp but flat out expenisve..

You can do an arc KAR 400.4 (200rms x2 bridged)
    and an arc KAR 1000.1.

i use cdt components and i love em, didnt do any rear fill, and from the sound i get in the front, dont know why i'd need to. I use mtx amps to run both my components and my subs. 3200 to run the components and a 6500d to run my subs, though i recently blew both my subs and the 6500d so ill be replacing soon. learned the hard way not to go with mtx subs anymore, still love the amps though.
