    What's up guys?

The goal of this stack is to gain strength/muscle without gaining too much unnecessary weight in order to maximize on-field performance (professional lacrosse) while retaining good cardio shape/weight. I wanted to stick to simple products that didn't contain crazy or gimmicky ingredients and ones the promoted overall health for peak physical performance:

    Gaspari Sizeon (Arctic Lemon Ice)
    Gaspari Superpump 250 (Refreshing Orange)
    ON 100% Whey (Banana Cream)
    MAN Vaporize
    Myogeniz Myolean EFX
    XTEND (Watermelon and Green Apple)
    Fish Oil
    Multi-Vitamin
    Animal Pack
    Glutamine

The Vaporize stacked with the Myolean EFX will yield a Sesamin/Yohimbe product that should keep fat in check optimally without the growth-interfering properties of a thermogenic.

I was surprised to find very little (read: basically none) information on the Myolean EFX. It looks like a pretty good product for what it is...the ingredients are as follows:

Yohimbe Bark Extract (10mg. Yohimbine HCL) 500mg
    L-Tyrosine 250mg
Guarana (Standardized For 44mg. Caffeine) 200mg
White Willow Bark Extract (Standardized For 15% Salicin) 100mg
    Caffeine 100mg
    Cayenne 100mg
    Siberian Ginseng 100mg
    Ginkgo Biloba (24/6) 100mg
    Ginger Root 100mg

    Training Days:
Morning - Animal Pak, ON 100% Whey, MAN Vaporize, Myolean EFX, Fish Oil, Multi-Vitamin
Afternoon/Pre-Workout - MAN Vaporize, Myolean EFX, Superpump 250, XTEND
Afternoon/During Workout - Gaspari SizeOn, XTEND
    Afternoon/Post-Workout - ON 100% Whey, XTEND
Evening - relax, [do I need a protein here?]

    Off-Days:
Morning - Animal Pak, ON 100% Whey, MAN Vaporize, Myolean EFX, Fish Oil, Multi-Vitamin
Afternoon - MAN Vaporize, Myolean EFX, [Gaspari SizeOn?]
    Evening - ON 100% Whey

    A few questions:

    1. I am not sure if I need SizeOn during off-days (I know it says so on the tub but that also makes the tubs go quicker, right?).
    2. Do I need protein three times a day on training days?
    3. Would it be better for me to take it mornings and afternoons on off-days since the ON 100% Whey is not a casein protein?

Feel free to post any comments, suggestions, additional supplements, etc. I will start the log itself when the products arrive (should be Monday or so).

    Thanks!

You would get better feedback if you posted your routine and diet along with all that...ultimately that is what will make or break your efforts.

haha, half of the pros that play work on wall street but yes...I was part of a TV piece that overviewed how goal-oriented and future-minded lacrosse players were...some NCAA promo snippet or something, I forget.

That superpump shit is way way way overpriced but it gives me so much energy it makes me want to punch a shark.

my opinion of your list is that you can trim it down to:

    Creatine Monohydrate (instead of sizeon)

Gaspari Superpump 250 (Refreshing Orange) <--- i like it but wouldn't pay retail

ON 100% Whey (Banana Cream) <--- not so sure about that flavor..

XTEND (Watermelon and Green Apple) (if you have the budget BCAA's are always good)

    Fish Oil

    Multi-Vitamin ( I use flintstones)

    Glutamine

do a search for Westsside for skinny bastards 4. Its meant to help build size, and it includes variations for athletes in offseason and on season training. while I'm not a pro, I am on it right now getting ready for indoor box league in January.

As for protein on your offdays, you only need it when you aren't meeting your protein needs through regular diet, on days and off days.

A lot of the supps won't really help you along to your goals any better then just heavy lifting and a good proper diet would get you anyway. Stick to the supps Paintballny mentioned and you'll be fine, heavier even cause of the money that'll still be in your pocket.
