Finally hit 500x1 on squats. Felt really good to put that last plate on there (plus the lil 2.5 lb plates, lol). Only with a belt and neoprene knee sleeves, at a bw of 183 lb. There is a local powerlifting meet in May that I'd like to enter. Anyway, just wanted to post this as a mark of my progress. I mainly lurk here at F&N but I've learned a lot, thanks guys.
