Broke through my plataue tonite. Previous squat PR was 305. Tonite I squatted 315x2 then said fuck it and got 325. Felt really nice since I've been stuck at 305 for quite a while now. This brings me just that much closer to a 1000lb total which is what I would absolutely love to hit at my first Powerlifting Meet. Current Lifts are: Bench - 200 Dead - 425 Squat- 325 I still need to add 50lbs on there to hit 1k. The meet is March 19th so I'm optomistic but at the same time realistic. This meet will be a learning experience for the most part.
