Fooling around with the 75-300 IS. Shot with 20d and a cheap quantaray c-pol
good? bad? wtfbbq?
the shot feels like it needs more cropping or needs to be less cropped from what it was originally
any review on that quntaray lens? how is the af and sharpness?
composition note, don't forget about what kind of stuff you can see under the car -- the horizon is kinda there but it seems like it splits apart -- this can be a bit distracting
Quantaray polarizer, not lens. Lens was a canon.
Hash, I noticed that after I posted it and came back to it. The very close part of the foreground needs to go I think. Too distracting. Agreed on the horizon line too
I'm er. . . not going to be able to make it on Sunday . . . have fun shooting without me
Try one of the Fuji-style curves like Astia, Reala or Provia curves ..
I probably have some of these if you can't find them for download online
and just why the fuck not
I was counting on you to be there to get good shots
funny, nobody said anything about what some others have said on autmotovephoto.com.
They were saying the headlights don't pop, or have major loss of detail. I can agree but its because they need to be cleaned severely
I kinda noticed teh matte appearance of the front end in general
way too damn much noise reduction....almost looks like water colors
yeah, horrible lighting. I had just washed it at the carwash down the road and had teh camera so I shot it. stupid midday sunlight
They are retarded. The photo is incredible.
People pick shit apart way too much.
