New routine

    Monday
    3 exercises for chest
    3 exercises for triceps

    Tuesday
    squats
    leg press
    quad extensions
    hamstrings
    calves

    Thursday
    3 exercises for lats
    3 exercises for biceps

    Friday
    dead lifts
    front shoulders
    back shoulders
    2 exercises for side shoulders

    Its either that or for monday and tuesday I do 4/2 instead of 3/3 since i'll be working tris/bis with the chest/back exercises and with 4/2 i can work chest/back more.
