I posted right before I went out to the gym, I edited for max scores :hs:

Squat: 225x8 (don't push my self on Fridays)
    Incline Bench: 175x5 (-5) struggled!!!!

Excuses: Cut down on carbs considerably since Monday, I felt it today :hsd:

I was probably going 95% on squats, 8 reps are hard to do 100%. I usually undershoot or overshoot.

Everything else I was doing 100%.

Why not do pullups instead of lat pulldowns? Also if your dieting I would throw in some GPP days.

Had to switch to lat pulldowns because either my shoulder is not fully recovered (collar bone borked 1yr ago and never set) or I'm just too fat, I'm just not able to get a good workout doing them. Even with almost 150 lb assistance I am less than capable of finishing my last set :wtc:

    Squat, +20lb:
    135x8, 185x5, 205x5, 225x5, 245x5, 265x5

    Deadlift, +10lb:
    135x8, 155x5, 185x5, 205x5, 225x5, 235x5

    Shoulder Press:
    95x8, 105x5... Then switched to db, 25x10, 25x10 :hsd:

Today was a shitty day, no spotter, etc...

    Incline Bench:
    95x10, 155x5, 165x5, 170x4 (botched the 5th rep, nobody to spot me), 155x3, 135x4 :wtc:

    Squat:
    95x10, 185x8, 205x8, 225x8, 245x8

    Bent Over Row:
    65x5, 75x5, 85x5, 95x5, 105x5

Then I broke off from my routine...

Floor Press (really hit the inner chest):
    105x5, 115x5, 125x5, 135x5, 145x5

Machine Dips (even at 300 I was able to pull them down while hanging on them):
    240x10, 300x5
