I'm thinking about getting into reloading to cut down on the price of shooting. Browsing through a midway catalog I was a little overwhelmed by the number of different brands and tools. What's good, What's bad. :wiggle: I'm not a detail oriented person so reloading might not be my best bet to begin with.

go to those forums and use the search feature to get soem really good info.

alot of it comes down to personal preference and needs. if you only shoot a few hundred rounds each year, a single stage press will do just fine. if you shoot an ass load, then a progressive will probably do you better. as long as you stick with the big names, your equipment should be just fine. first things first though. go buy as many reloading books as you can and read them over and over until EVERYTHING makes sense. then try to finds someone to show you the ropes. if you don't know anyone, i believe the NRA holds beginner classes. good luck and remember to BE SAFE!!

Would any of you guys buy brass from anyone on Ebay? A buddy of mine reloads for me and I only have about 300 rds. I'd like to be able to get a few hundred more and it's less expensive if I have the casings.

Dillon makes some very good and inexpensive, easy to use reloaders. It helps if you are set on only one caliber to reload. For me it is .45ACP because anything less, it is cheaper for me to buy S&B.
