Hey sup guys, well recently I've been trying to get back in shape. And at the moment all I have available to me is a bench that has butterfly, incline and flat bench press, and preacher curls. I'm not really trying to gain a whole lot of muscle just lose weight and body fat. I weight 210 lbs and I am 5'11''. I"ve never really lifted weights at all before. Should I do my cardio before lifting or after? I saw some dude do at benche press what is wrong with it? I've been cutting out sodas and fatty foods. Been eating a lot of salads and shrimp lately. Is my bench good enough to facilate improvements in myself? I already read the stickies.
