    i'm starting to put mass on again after a summer of leaning down

    first week going heavy again in the gym:

    put up 70 lb. dbs x 6 on the incline press
    65 lb. dbs x 6 on seated shoulder press
    235 x 6 squat
    255 x 8 deadlift (grip gave out :wtc:)

    i just wanted to share with F&N. i surprised myself with these strength gains AFTER a 3 month cut!
