New PR's for me, and a question about circuits

    I hit new PR's today on my entire upper body routine, numbers shouldn't matter as i'm a beginner so don't worry about those.

    What i'm wondering is is one circuit of much heavier weights going to benefit more, or less than two circuits at what i'm used to. I was only in the gym 15 minutes less than i normally would be with my normal exercises.
